Future Scales and Bernstein's Bar present Future of Food – a series of salons exploring what makes a sustainable food system and how we can bring sustainability into our everyday practices around food.
The series brings together a variety of food professionals, including urban growers, local artisans, chefs, food activists, entrepreneurs, and many others who are passionate about improving the social and environmental impact of our food systems.
On December 10, 2018 join us for a workshop, meal and discussion on how design can help restaurants and food businesses function more sustainably. Creative & innovation designer Alex Rosso will be leading a workshop-- 'Design for Social Innovation in Food', to challenge attendees to think differently about the impact of design on the food sector. Alex will explore how innovation through design can change behaviour, strengthen our connection to food and help us build a more sustainable food system.
The evening will include a delicious, seasonal meal from Bernsteins, and will be an opportunity for those attending to think collaboratively about how to make food businesses more environmentally and socially beneficial.
