Future Scales is led by founder Rosie Baldwin, who has a diversity of experience in food production, sustainable food systems and the environmental sector. Having trained in a variety of restaurants and high production kitchens, as well as working on farms, ranches and in animal husbandry, Rosie combines practical experience in the food and agriculture sector with expertise around today's most challenging environmental and social issues. Rosie recently completed an MSc in Environment, Science and Society from University College London.
